From Property Owners (account holders)

When you create an account and post a property listing, we collect:

• Account information — your name and email address obtained via Google or Facebook login.
• Contact information — your phone number, which is displayed publicly on your listing so students can contact you directly.
• Property information — property address, location, photos, description, pricing, and other details you provide.

We do not collect payment card details or process payments through the platform. Any financial transactions between landlords and students occur independently.

4. Publicly Visible Information

When you post a property listing, the following information is publicly visible to anyone visiting ezboarding.lk:

• Property photos, description, and pricing
• Property address and location
• Your phone number (as provided during listing creation)

Please only provide a phone number you are comfortable sharing publicly. You can update or remove your listing at any time from your account.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your landlord account
• Display property listings to students
• Communicate regarding your account or listings
• Improve platform functionality and user experience
• Prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
